  10. A little utility with a full GUI.  It allows you to save phrases
  11. spoken by your Amiga as standard 8svx/iff samples, or standard
  12. 8bit wav samples for use in your music mods, games, web pages,
  13. or anything else you can think of.
  14.  
  15. It requires a working speech setup on your Amiga, that was included
  16. with OS 1.xx and 2.xx, but unfortunately not with OS 3.xx
  17.  
  18. But all is not lost for those with OS 3.xx!  There are instructions 
  19. included for copying over the required programs from your original 
  20. 1.xx or 2.xx WB disks.
